Missionaries

Jorge Vasquez

Jorge, his wife Matty, and their 5 children have been faithfully serving God by bringing the gospel to the people of Ajusco, Mexico as well as to the migrant farm workers from the southern tip of Mexico. For many years, Jorge has also been partnering with Sierra Grace Fellowship and the high school youth group for their annual Easter week short term mission trip to Ajusco. He has worked hard to coordinate with the SGF youth group and to make arrangements for the various groups to work in and around the Ajusco area.

Raymond & Breann

Since 2013, Raymond, Breann, and their three kids have lived in the southern Bohemia region of the Czech Republic.

While many think of Europe as a “reached” place, the Czech Republic is a place of great Gospel need and in CZ, Bohemia is the least reached area of the country.

In the Czech Republic there are approximately ten million people. Less than 1% of them are evangelical Christians! Most of the people in the country do not have a local church that they could attend even if they wanted to. Over 70% of the population are professing atheists! This ranks the Czech Republic as the most non-religious country in the entire world -- the need for the Gospel in the Czech Republic is great.

Please pray with Raymond and Breann that God would continue to bless their culture and language acquisition, that God would lead them to people who are open to the Gospel, and that God would lead them in forming a church planting team.

If God puts it on your heart to do so, please join Raymond and Breann in this ministry through monthly financial support. Without a committed team of “senders” behind them, they would not be able to carry the Gospel to those who have never heard. By God’s grace, we are in this with them! They need our support, and it is our joy to participate in Kingdom work all over the world! Go to www.globalfellowship.org/donate to set up online giving.

Susanta & Asangla Parta

Susanta Patra and his team of over 700 co-workers are transforming northern India through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Thousands each month are making a first response to the Gospel. New churches are being planted from those who follow through with believers' baptism. Susanta has a vision to see northern India completely reached so everyone of the millions of people will have a chance to hear the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Susanta writes, "Our goal has been to stay focused on pioneer evangelism and church planting. We are able to receive thousands of responses each month because of our systematic approach to make the message of the Gospel relevant to their spiritual needs and hunger, their world view and perceptions, and to their culture and language. By God's grace, we have been very successful and we give Him all the glory for the transformation of so many lives."
If you would like to partner with Susanta in the work of reaching the lost of northern India, checks can be sent to Global Fellowship, P.O. Box 1, Meadow Vista, CA 95722. Be sure to put "Susanta Patra" on the memo line of your check.

Steven & Samantha Mockford

After several years of faithful ministering to university students with Cru at UC Davis, Steven and Samantha are transition to ministering to university students abroad. They are effectively working to make Christ known in places that are void of significant gospel presence.

Patrick & Elizabeth Thompson

Patrick and Elizabeth have been serving with the Navigators since 2005 helping others to know Jesus. They have recently moved into a role of directing GraceCity Center, a resource center near Del Paso Heights in Sacramento, where they are able to reach the hurting and oppressed with the hope of the gospel. In response to God's grace they are working to restore justice where injustice is rampant; resource the vulnerable; renew hope among the hopeless and make disciples of Jesus.

Don & Kathy Oates

Global Fellowship Presidents

Don and Kathy lead Global Fellowship, which is a mission agency committed to taking the Gospel to the least-reached regions of the world.  With more than 400 missionaries in 14 countries, Don and Kathy are very busy recruiting, training, sending, and maintaining missionaries in many difficult places.

Part of the mission of Global Fellowship is to lead the modern missions movement toward being more strategic.  Sending missionaries and establishing churches where there is no Gospel witness.

“It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else's foundation.” Romans 15:20,

Don and Kathy travel regularly to challenge and encourage Global Fellowship missionaries, as well as to identify the next places where Global Fellowship will send missionaries.  The center of their message is Jesus, and the result of that message is transformed lives, transformed families, and transformed communities.

“Look at the nations and watch—and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.” Habbakuk 1:5

If you would like to partner with Don and Kathy as they partner with indigenous ministries around the world, please send your check to Global Fellowship with “Where most needed” in the memo line or go to their website at www.globalfellowship.org and learn about the many ministries they currently partner with. Donations can also be made online at their website. 100% of your donations are sent to the designated ministry.
