July Financial Update
July Financial Update

Here’s the updated financial information for our church through July. Our deacons set up the budget to account for seasonal changes in giving, which is why our budgeted income and budgeted expenses are different numbers, but they’ll be the same by the end of the year. Giving is slightly under what we budgeted but our expenses are slightly lower than we budgeted, too.  That means our deacons and ministry leaders are being good stewards of those resources.  Remember, God resources the church by resourcing you.  Thank you for your generosity!

Church Rental Work Day this Saturday
Church Rental Work Day this Saturday

The Deacons are seeking 4-6 able bodied servants to assist the one and only Terry Stafford in preparing our Wesley Lane rental house for painting on Saturday August 23 at 8am.  Duties include scraping, priming with paint, caulking, filling holes,  and power washing in advance of making our “Second Entrance” more attractive and inviting.  We really need some help as we go about refurbishing, renovating, and beautifying our church home.  Contact Bruce Muff if you have any questions bgmuff@gmail.com or 530-305-1108.

Meal Train

The Meal Train is an opportunity to bless those in our congregation with a meal during life’s challenging times. Times such as a recent surgery, the loss of a loved one, or welcoming a new baby. Sign up below to receive email notifications when someone needs help with meals. You will be blessed as well.

SGF en Español Available Now

We are excited to announce that live translations of the worship services will be available in multiple languages including Spanish.  The program will also transcribe in English, which will give our deaf and hard of hearing community a way to participate.

This is a great opportunity to tell others about how they can be connected in their native language while attending here at Sierra Grace.

There is a poster in the lobby with a QR code and instructions to access the translation.

Below is the link that is only live during our worship services.

We appreciate your generosity and flexibility as we’ve been transitioning.

Be sure to update your profile the first time you login. We transferred information from our last database, and want to be sure all of your contact information is correct. Also, create your household if it hasn’t already been done, add your birthdate, anniversary date, and a current photo.
