Elder-Led

We are an elder-led church, which means we have a group of biblically qualified men who are responsible for making sure our church is following Christ.  The elders meet biweekly to pray for the church and discuss matters that affect the congregation.  At Sierra Grace, Pastor Aaron shares preaching responsibilities with other elders on a regular basis.
